Local Attractions
Harrogate has many attractions from art galleries,
the spa baths, gardens, quality shops, restaurants and cafe bars in town, to
medieval market towns, golf courses, breweries and the picturesque Yorkshire
Dales all in the immediate vicinity.
There are many local events throughout the year, including the Spring Flower
Show in April, the Great Yorkshire Show in July and the International
Festival, a celebration of music, dance and theatre taking place for a few
weeks each summer. And a short drive away are annual events such as the
Bramham Horse Trials or the Harewood Hill Climb for the motorsport
enthusiast.
